Disobedient gatherings are for everyone!

You can join us, whether on the sidewalk or the street – we stand together for justice. Many will also remain on the streets if the police ask us to leave the streets. The police will then probably carry these people away. You decide how far you want to go – and we are there for you!

How can you get involved? The number represents the protest level.

1) You can stand on the sidewalk during the meeting. If the gathering is recognized by the police, you can also come out onto the streets without risking legal consequences.

2) Police protocol calls for three announcements to disperse the gathering to give the opportunity to move off the street. As a rule, you should not face any legal consequences if you follow the instructions.

3) If you have decided to stay on the street, you can decide whether to get off the street upon personal request or to let yourself be carried. If you comply with the personal request, you may be charged with a misdemeanor for failure to remove and possibly a felony, probably coercion and/or resistance.

4) If you don't get up even after being asked in person, you will probably be carried away. In addition to the repression mentioned under 3., the police can charge you a flat rate for carrying it away.

5) People will attempt to re-enter the streets after being removed from the streets by police - peacefully and without running. It is possible that these people will be taken into custody, in addition to criminal consequences that can be expected.

Contact a resistance group near you. This way you can get to know people before the disobedient gathering and become part of an affinity group.

We stick together – even after the protests! The “Backing for an Active Civil Society” association accompanies all last generation proceedings. We are at a crucial point in history. We can still influence how quickly and how quickly our living conditions change - and, above all, how well our society is prepared for this. We have to honestly state the situation our society is in in order to break out of repression and begin to design solutions.

That's why we demand: honesty!

Honesty about the fact that the climate catastrophe is escalating and increasing injustices: extreme weather events, sinking groundwater, crop failures and increasingly expensive food: it is about our existence. A world of crises and adverse living conditions provides breeding ground for fascism

That's why we turn to Federal President Frank-Walter Steinmeier, as head of state, he should say that everything is at stake!
